Juhui, our star web master. Her passion is in Content Strategy and UX Design, with her background in Psychology and Technical Communications. She loves the visual and analytical side of things and really enjoys web design, content management, and everything in-between!

Xochitl, the best fashion designer in the world. She’s got the most creative mind you’ve ever seen, and she can make something from nothing. Xochitl comes from an artsy background after pursuing an education in fashion design and implementation. She is the brains behind most of the sustainable picks Re:Rack provides. 

Eylandra, one half of our fantastic duo of writers. Eylandra comes from a writing background, with her bachelors in creative writing. She is the master behind each of our blog posts that dive deep into the artistic blend of fashion and sustainability. 

Braden, the other half of our amazing writing duo. His background differs slightly from Eylandra’s, as he comes from a technical communication background. With his background in research and applied communication, he acts as the brawn behind all of the data Re:Rack uses to produce reliable trends and patterns for our customers. 

Beliefs

The entire basis of Re:Rack is built off of impeding the effects of fast fashion on the Earth. 

Fashion is a medium for expression of the mind and soul through creativity but its details are truly rooted in what connects us all- nature. From all the fabrics that can be found, the history of creating pigments from shells and minerals, or even the inspiration for beautiful designs that can be seen in the curve of a petal or the movement of a river- how can we continue to promote self expression in this historically significant manner of art that is fashion without protecting what gave birth to this craft.

Why we started Re:Rack

Our beliefs are exactly why we started Re:Rack. We embrace the foundation that made way for fashion by inspiring ideas and providing the materials necessary for our favorite pieces and so we came up with this solution to combat some of the negative side effects of this industry. We enable the use of second hand shopping through our network of various thrifting websites and give you- the customer- a way to avoid buying into the wasteful business that is fast fashion while still respecting your pockets and actually buying within your fashion taste. 

We can continue this beautiful tradition of fashion and self expression by channeling that creativity into our shopping and consideration of the Earth.
